You may choose to apply (i) via Hang Seng Management College Online Application System; OR (ii) via the E-APP system launched by the Education Bureau. Duplicate application will not be accepted.
Steps to Submit an Online Application
1. Register an account
You need to register an account to use the Online Application System. Please prepare a valid e-mail account and ensure all mandatory fields are filled in.
2. Login and complete all the required sections on the online application form
After registration, you can login with the password. Make sure you have completed all mandatory fields. After completing all mandatory fields, you can go to the submission page to complete the application including uploading the supporting documents (Current HSMC students need not submit the following supporting documents):
(1) Copy of your HKID card / valid travel document
(2) Copy of school report(s) / transcript(s)
(3) Copy of certificate of public examination results
3. Receive an application number
You will receive an application number via email after submitting your online application. You are advised to retain this number for future reference and enquiries.
4. Settle the application fee
An email of the application fee payment will be sent to your email address after you submit your online application. Please follow the payment instructions and settle the application fee accordingly. A non-refundable and non-transferable application fee of HK$100 (Local Students) / HK$200 (Non-local Students**) is charged for each applied programme. Kindly note that your application will not be processed if you fail to settle the payment of application fee by the due date shown on the debit note.
5. After settlement of application fee
Upon settlement of application fee, you may log into the online application system regularly to check your application status.
**If you require a student visa to study in Hong Kong, you will be regarded as a non-local student.

Application Procedures for BBA-SCM programme under Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions / Sectors (SSSDP)

A. HKDSE Applicants
2016 HKDSE candidates and holders of previous HKDSE examination results are required to apply for BBA-SCM Programme under SSSDP via Joint University Programmes Admissions System (JUPAS).

B. Non-HKDSE Applicants
Non-HKDSE applicants or those ineligible for applying admission via JUPAS can apply directly via HSMC for self-financed places of the BBA-SCM programme;

Remark: Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions / Sectors is designed for local students only. Non-local students can only apply for admission to self-financed BBA-SCM places via HSMC. Non-local students are persons who enter Hong Kong for the purpose of study but without the right of abode or right to land in Hong Kong. They are required to obtain a valid student visa issued by the Director of Immigration before entry to Hong Kong.

The intake places of programmes under the Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions/Sectors (SSSDP) are mainly allocated through JUPAS. Should there be unfilled intake places after all admission rounds of JUPAS, HSMC will admit local non-JUPAS applicants via direct admission of no more than 10% of the subsidised places of the BBA-SCM programme (i.e. 7 places at maximum).

The number of unfilled intake places for each BBA-SCM programme, if available, and details of the application arrangement will be announced via this website after 10:00am, 27 August 2016. Non-JUPAS local applicants may submit their applications for these unfilled SSSDP intake places after 10:00am, 27 August 2016. Applications should be submitted to Registry in person by the deadline at 5:00pm, 29 August 2016. Late application will not be considered.
